Victim Services
The Macon Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office Victim Witness Assistance Program (VWAP) is dedicated to providing support, assistance, and advocacy to victims and witnesses of crime throughout the legal process.
Helping Victims is our Passion
At the Macon Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office, we have a staff of trained Victim Advocates who provide support, information and resources to assist victims who have been traumatized by crime.
Our Advocates help victims navigate the criminal justice system and offer referrals to social service agencies, counselors and others to help get their lives back on track.
Our office is committed to raising the awareness of victim’s rights utilizing innovative measures which are victim centered.
If you are a crime victim in need of help, call one of our offices to speak with a victim advocate.
