The Grand Jury met Tuesday, November 8, 2022 and considered 58 cases, including: 4 murder cases, 13 aggravated assault cases, 3 cruelty to children cases, 1 elder abuse case, 1 animal cruelty case, 3 terroristic threat cases, 1 aggravated stalking case, 1 serious injury by vehicle case, 5 robbery (armed and unarmed) cases, 5 burglary cases (1st and 2nd degree), 3 theft cases, 1 entering an automobile case, 1 property damage case, 1 arson case, 2 failure to report by sex offender, 1 habitual violator case, 3 fleeing/eluding cases, 1 felony obstruction of an officer case, 1 possession of firearm by convicted felon case, 6 cases involving the violation of Georgia Controlled Substances Act, and 1 case involving prohibited items in the jail.
